Her name is Oprah Winfrey, the person who have a real name Oprah Gail Winfrey but because the doctor fail to write her name right so as we know that the familiar name of her is Oprah Winfrey. She was born in 29 January 1954 Kosciusko, Mississipi, USA, she grew up on a farm by his harsh grandmother (Hattie Mae) for six years.
When she was six years old, her mother, Vernita, got a job as a maid in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and finally took Oprah back from her grandmother. In Milwaukee, she had to stay in one room with her mother and two half-sisters, male and female. Every day Vernita left the children early in the morning and only returned home at night, so she did not have time for her family.
In order for her mother to notice her, Oprah often escapes from home. At the age of 9, she was sexually abused by his 19-year-old cousin who was on duty to look after him. Oprah believes it's her fault and does not tell her what she experienced to anyone.
