My Extra Curricular

My extra curricular in school is basketball (UBBAS), DKM, and Trilogi. But this time I will only discuss my activities in Basketball. Because of what? Because Trilogi has not started its activities, DKM there are only a few meetings and dissect a book, while playing basketball is one way to remove saturated and when I was in junior high school I was also a member of the basketball team.

Back on topic, extra curricular basketball is held every Thursday from four thirty and Saturday morning. Our coach is Mr. Dhoni, he is also a sports teacher in Senior High School 3 Bandung. Before basketball practice the first thing we do is gather in the middle of the field and then pray together. After it we stretching together, the stretch is divided in two. First static and the second dynamic. I mean, static it is done in place without moving position while dynamic with moving position. After stretching we started the actual practice like shooting the ball, dribble ball, lay-up, and studying strategy to face the opponent. The exercise ends at 6 o'clock. After that we pray together again, and go home. All of these sequences continue to be repeated as we practice, with the goal more often practice can  make better our basketball game.

I have twice represented the school in a basketball game with other friends. Our first and second matches against Senior High School 9 Bandung, and from those two games there was nothing we won.But it did not make us hopeless and give up, it was a reference for us to do better.

ASIAN GAMES? Is That Beneficial for Our Country?

The 2018 Asian Games officially known as the 18th Asian Games and also know as Jakarta-Palembang 2018, was a pan Asian multi sport event held from 18 August to 2 September 2018 in the Indonesian cities of Jakarta and Palembang. For the first time, The Asian Games were cohosted in two cities, the Indonesian capital of Jakarta and Palembang. Events were held in and around two cities, including venues in Bandung and some places in the provinces of West Java and Banten. The opening and closing ceremonies of the games were held at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium in Jakarta. Also for the first time, e-Sport and canoe polo were contested as demonstration sports. E-Sport is a term for multi-player video game competition, generally between professional players, and t he canoeing races contested in three main disciplines: the slalom from 21 to 23 August, the traditional boat race from 25 to 27 August, and the sprint from 29 August to 1 September. Debate Assessment Part 1

ROUND I Motion : TH Should Ban Cigarette from Societs Opening Government : Cigarette is bad for our healthy especially for our lungs. Cigarette doesn't have good value as we know in first opinion. Cigarette is a stupid way to cure stress. Opening Opposition : Cigarette is one of the human right in this world especially for boys. Cigarette can help somebody to relevie stress. Closing Government : Chemical material in cigarettes bring bad impact for our body and environment. Closing Opposition : We should think about the criminal impact if we ban cigarettes from societs and cigarettes is one of the income for the government. Winner : The Opposition Team Reason : I think that team give the strong opinion and dominate debate. ROUND II Motion : TH Should Ban All Pornography Opening Government : We should ban all the pornography because it's not good for aour healthy especially our mind, if we see it continously it will cause we want to try the real action.
